5. Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to T&D.

6. T&D produce the pre-production sample as per customer’s specific requirements.

7. T&D provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples for approval.

8. Customers to confirm the pre-production samples.

9. T&D start the mass production after getting customer’s approval for pre-production sample.

10. T&D send the photos of mass production and mass products to customer for reference.

11. Customers to conduct the QC inspection before goods delivery to forwarder’s warehouse.

12. Customer to arrange the balance to T&D if inspection result is within the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).

13. T&D arrange the goods delivery and book the shipping space with forwarder.

14. Forwarder to arrange the Customs clearance in China and load to vessel.

 

2. Can you accept OEM and ODM?

[Answer]: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. We have the fully capability to customize any design, shape and size as per customers' specific requirements.

 

3. Can I request a sample?

[Answer]: Yes, we could provide our existed samples to customer for reference free of charge.

 

4. How can you ensure the product quality?

[Answer]: Before packaging and goods delivery, we will conduct the internal inspection for the products in accordance with the ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008. Inspection reports are available if customers have such requirement.

 

5.what is the terms of payment?

[Answer]:T/T:30% deposite and 70% against copy of shipping document or 100% L/C
